Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your BostadAI subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal charge. After 14 days, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@bostadai.com from the address on your account, with the order ID from your Paddle receipt and a short note about why you are requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
You can also request a refund directly from Paddle via the link in your billing receipt or at paddle.net.
3. Paddle handles payment processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record for all BostadAI orders. Paddle processes all payments, taxes, chargebacks and refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Cancellation vs refund
Cancellation stops future renewals and is available at any time from your dashboard. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — if you also want a refund for the current period, contact us within the 14-day window above.
5. Exclusions — abuse and fraud
We may decline a refund where we reasonably determine that:
- The request is fraudulent, made in bad faith, or part of a chargeback abuse pattern.
- The account has materially breached our Terms of Service, including bypassing plan limits, scraping, or reselling output.
- The account has already received a refund for a previous billing period of the same product.
- Usage indicates the subscription was purchased primarily to extract bulk reports and then cancelled.
Where we decline a refund, we will explain the reason. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law are not affected.
6. Free plan
The Free plan does not involve payment, so refunds do not apply. You can stop using the Free plan at any time by closing your account.
